សម្ដេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត និងលោកជំទាវពេជ្រចាន់មុន្នី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត ដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូករាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលម្ពុជាចូលរួមសន្និសីទអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ ស្តីពីមហាសមុទ្រ លើកទី៣ (UNOC3) នៅទីក្រុងនីស ប្រទេសបារាំង ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី០៨-១១ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ។ តបតាមការអញ្ជើញរបស់ ឯកឧត្តម Emmanuel Macron ប្រធានាធិបតីនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋបារាំង និង ឯកឧត្តម António Guterres អគ្គលេខាធិការអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ(អ.ស.ប.) ដើម្បីចូលរួមសន្និសីទ (UNOC3) ក្រោមប្រធានបទ «ការពន្លឿនសកម្មភាព និងការកៀរគរគ្រប់តួអង្គដើម្បីរក្សា និងប្រើប្រាស់ មហាសមុទ្រប្រកបដោយចីរភាព» ។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះដែរក៏នឹងមានជំនួបទ្វេភាគីជាមួយថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៃបណ្តាប្រទេសនានា ដើម្បីពង្រឹងពង្រីកទំនាក់ទំនង និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ ដើម្បីជាប្រយោជន៍ជូនជាតិ និងប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា ។ រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ល្ងាចថ្ងៃអាទិត្យ ទី៨ មិថុនា ២០២៥ Leading the Cambodian delegation to attend the Third United Nations Oceans Conference (UNOC3) from June 8-11, 2025, in Nice, France. At the invitation of His Excellency Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic, and His Excellency António Guterres, Secretary-General of the United Nations (UN), to attend the Third United Nations Oceans Conference (UNOC3) under the theme “Accelerating Action and Mobilizing Partnerships: Solutions for Ocean-Based Climate Action, Biodiversity, and Sustainable Development”. On that occasion, bilateral meetings will be held with leaders of other countries on the sidelines of the conference, aiming to enhance relations and cooperation for the benefit of the nation and the Cambodian people.
