អបអរសាទរ ទិវាជាតិអប់រំបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលបច្ចេកទេស និងវិជ្ជាជីវៈ លើកទី៨ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ៖ «TVET បង្កើតឱកាសការងារ សាងក្តីសង្ឃឹមដល់យុវជន» ដែលស្របតាម យុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណ ដំណាក់កាលទី១ ដែលបានកំណត់យកអាទិភាពគន្លឹះទី១ គឺ មនុស្ស ដោយបានផ្តោតសំខាន់ លើការកសាងនិងអភិវឌ្ឍមូលធនមនុស្សប្រកបដោយគុណភាព សមត្ថភាព ជំនាញវិជ្ជាជីវៈច្បាស់លាស់ គំនិត ច្នៃប្រឌិត និងភាពប្រកួតប្រជែងខ្ពស់ ដើម្បីសម្រេចឱ្យបាននូវគោលដៅ «ពលរដ្ឋម្នាក់មានជំនាញមួយយ៉ាងតិច ប្រចាំជីវិត»។ ការប្រារព្ធទិវាជាតិអប់រំបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលបច្ចេកទេស និងវិជ្ជាជីវៈ ក្នុងគោលបំណងដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់ការអប់រំបណ្តុះបណ្តាលបច្ចេកទេសនិងវិជ្ជាជីវៈ និង ធ្វើការផ្សព្វផ្សាយទៅដល់សិស្សានុសិស្ស និស្សិត យុវជន មាតាបិតា អាណាព្យាបាល និងវិស័យឯកជន ឱ្យបានយល់អំពី សារៈសំខាន់នៃ «ការអប់រំបណ្តុះបណ្តាលបច្ចេកទេសនិងវិជ្ជាជីវៈ (Technical Vocational Education and Training) ហៅថា ធីវេត (TVET)” ក្នុងការជំរុញការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលកម្លាំងពលកម្មជំនាញប្រកបដោយគុណភាព និង ប្រសិទ្ធភាពឱ្យឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងតម្រូវការទីផ្សារការងារទាំងក្នុងនិងក្រៅប្រទេស។ ១៥ មិថុនា ២០២៥ Celebrating the 8th National Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Day 2025, under the theme “TVET Creates Job Opportunities, Building Hope for Youth.” This aligns with the Pentagonal Strategy Phase-1, which determines people as the first priority by focusing on developing high-quality human capital with skills, creativity, and strong competitiveness to achieve the goal of “Every citizen has at least one skill for life.” The celebration of National TVET Day aims to promote technical and vocational education and training. It seeks to inform students, youth, parents, guardians, and the private sector about the importance of “Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET)” in enhancing the quality and efficiency of skilled labor training to meet the demands of both domestic and international labor markets.
