នៅថ្ងៃទី៤ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ វេលាម៉ោង ១១:០៣នាទីព្រឹកនេះ ក្រុមការងារសម្របសម្រួលក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍របស់ក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានបន្តធ្វើការសម្របសម្រួលជូនក្រុមអ្នកសង្កេតការណ៍អាស៊ាន (AOT) ដើម្បីចុះត្រួតពិនិត្យការអនុវត្តការកែសម្រួលអាវុធ និងយុទ្ធោបករណ៍បំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញធុនធ្ងន់សម្រាប់ដំណាក់កាលទី១ ដែលត្រូវបានបញ្ជូនត្រឡប់មកកាន់ទីតាំងដើមវិញ ដែលស្ថិតនៅក្នុងខេត្តកំពង់ស្ពឺ។ គួររំលឹកផងដែរថា អាវុធ និងយុទ្ធោបករណ៍បំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញធុនធ្ងន់ទាំងនេះត្រូវបានកែសម្រួលពីស្រុកជាំក្សាន្ត និងស្រុករវៀង ខេត្តព្រះវិហារ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ វេលាម៉ោង ១៨:៤៥នាទីកន្លងទៅ ស្របតាមការឯកភាពគ្នារវាងកម្ពុជានិងថៃ លើផែនការជាដំណាក់កាលនៃការកែសម្រួលអាវុធ និងយុទ្ធោបករណ៍បំផ្លិចបំផ្លាញធុនធ្ងន់។ សកម្មភាពខាងលើ គឺជាការបង្ហាញយ៉ាងច្បាស់ពីកាយវិការសុច្ឆន្ទៈ និងការបញ្ជាក់ពីការតាំងចិត្តដ៏ម៉ឺងម៉ាត់ឥតងាករេរបស់កម្ពុជា ក្នុងការអនុវត្តសេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមទីក្រុងកូឡាឡាំពួរ ស្តីពីសន្តិភាពរវាងកម្ពុជានិងថៃ ដែលត្រូវបានចុះហត្ថលេខាដោយ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីថៃ ដោយមានឯកឧត្តមប្រធានាធិបតីសហរដ្ឋអាម៉េរិក ដូណាល់ ត្រាំ និងឯកឧត្តមនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីម៉ាឡេស៊ី អាន់វ៉ា អ៊ីប្រាហ៊ីម ធ្វើជាសាក្សី កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥កន្លងទៅនេះ។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ កម្ពុជាសង្ឃឹមយ៉ាងមុតមាំថា ទាំងភាគីកម្ពុជា និងភាគីថៃនឹងអនុវត្តឱ្យបានពេញលេញ និងប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាពនូវសេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមទីក្រុងកូឡាឡាំពួរ ស្តីពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាពរវាងកម្ពុជានិងថៃ ដោយភាពស្មោះត្រង់ សុច្ឆន្ទៈ និងតម្លាភាព សំដៅចូលរួមចំណែកដល់ការលើកកម្ពស់សន្តិភាព ស្ថិរភាព កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ ការអភិវឌ្ឍ និងការវិលត្រឡប់ទៅរកប្រក្រតីភាពឡើងវិញឱ្យបានឆាប់។ On November 4, 2025, at 11:03 AM, the Coordinating Task Force for the Observer Team of the Ministry of National Defence of Cambodia facilitated the ASEAN Observer Team (AOT) to inspect the implementation of the 1st phase of the removal of heavy and destructive weapons and equipment that were returned to the original location at Kampong Speu Province. It is important to recall that these heavy and destructive weapons and equipment were withdrawn from Choam Kshant and Roveang Districts, Preah Vihear Province, on November 1, 2025, at 6:45 PM, in accordance with the phased removal plan for heavy and destructive weapons and equipment agreed by both Cambodia and Thailand. The above-mentioned activities evidently demonstrate Cambodia’s sincere commitment and steady determination to implement the Joint Declaration in Kuala Lumpur between Cambodia and Thailand, which were signed by Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of Cambodia, and the Prime Minister of Thailand, with the U.S. President, Donald J. Trump, and the Prime Minister of Malaysia, H.E. Anwar Ibrahim, served as witnesses, on October 26, 2025.
