It should be noted that these displaced civilians were evacuated from their homes immediately after the Thai military forces initiated unprovoked attack on the innocent Cambodian civilians on November 12, 2025, at 03:50 PM, resulting in 3 people injured and 1 person immediately died on site in in Prey Chan village, O’ Bei Chan commune, O’ Chrov district, Banteay Meanchey province.
