The Ministry of National Defence of Cambodia condemns in the strongest possible terms the brutal armed aggression that violates the Cambodia’s sovereignty and the inhumane acts of the Thai military characterized by indiscriminate shelling without regard for civilian lives, constitute a grave assault on the densely populated civilian area and civil infrastructure as the target. We call on the international community to exert immediate pressure on Thailand to cease its grave violations of international laws and egregious human rights abuses.
