– At 5:25pm, the Thai military continued to fire shells into the innocent cilivian residences area in Toul Pongro commune, Orussey district, Banteay Meanchey province. The brutal actions above are indiscriminate attack by the Thai military, a serious violation of international humanitarian law. The Cambodian forces continue to monitor the situation closely, and stand strong, brave, and remain vigilant in fulfilling their roles to protect the territorial integrity of Cambodia.
