អបអរសាទរ ខួបទី២៤ ទិវាពិភពលោកប្រឆាំងពលកម្មកុមារ ១២ មិថុនា ក្រោមប្រធានបទ៖ «លើកកម្ពស់ការងារសមរម្យសម្រាប់កម្មករនិយោជិត វ័យក្មេងនៅគ្រប់ខ្សែច្រវាក់ផលិតកម្ម ដើម្បីធានាកំណើនប្រកបដោយចីរភាពនិងភាពធន់» ការប្រារព្ធទិវាកុមារអន្តរជាតិនេះឡើង គឺដើម្បីរំលឹកដល់ការអនុវត្តសិទ្ធិជាមូលដ្ឋានរបស់កុមារ និងបង្ហាញអំពីការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ក្នុងការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រឈមនានារបស់កុមារ ជាពិសេស ការបង្ការទប់ស្កាត់និងឆ្លើយតបចំពោះអំពើហិង្សាលើកុមារ ពលកម្មកុមារ សុវត្ថិភាពកុមារតាមប្រព័ន្ធអនឡាញ ដោយ ជួយគាំទ្រដល់កុមាររងគ្រោះ និងងាយរងគ្រោះពីហានិភ័យ ការគំរាមកំហែង ការកេងប្រវញ្ច និងការរំលោភបំពាននានា គ្រប់ទម្រង់បានទាន់ពេលវេលា ប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព ដើម្បីឱ្យកុមាររស់នៅនិងអភិវឌ្ឍដោយសុខដុមរមនាក្រោម ម្លប់សន្តិភាព។
