សម្ដេចធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត រួមជាមួយនឹងភរិយា ចូលរួមអបអរសាទរព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នៃការចុះ “បូជនីយដ្ឋានចងចាំនៃកម្ពុជា៖ ពីទីតាំងឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មមកជាមណ្ឌលផ្សះផ្សានិងសន្តិភាព” ក្នុងបញ្ជីបេតិកភណ្ឌពិភពលោក នៅពហុកីឡដ្ឋានជាតិអូឡាំពិក។ គោលបំណងសំខាន់នៃការចុះ “បូជនីយដា្ឋនចងចាំនៃកម្ពុជា៖ ពីទីតាំងឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្ម មកជាមណ្ឌលផ្សះផ្សានិងសន្តិភាព” ទៅក្នុងបញ្ជីបេតិកភណ្ឌពិភពលោកគឺ សង្កត់ធ្ងន់ទៅលើតម្លៃជាសកល ជាការទទួលស្គាល់ នូវប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រខ្មៅងងឹត ទុក្ខវេទនារបស់ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា និងឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មនៃការកាប់សម្លាប់ជីវិតប្រជាជនកម្ពុជារាប់លាននាក់ ក្នុងរបបប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍របស់ខ្មែរក្រហម តែក៏ជានិមិត្តរូបនៃការតស៊ូ និងការរស់រានឡើងវិញនៃប្រជាជាតិកម្ពុជាផងដែរ។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះក៏ជាការបង្ហាញយ៉ាងប្តូរផ្តាច់របស់ប្រជាជាតិកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការប្រែក្លាយទីតាំងឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មដែលឈឺចាប់កន្លងមក ឱ្យទៅជាទីតាំងប្រសព្វមួយនៃភាពសន្ទនា សន្តិភាព ការយោគយល់ អត់ឱន និងរៀនសូត្រពីមេរៀនប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រ សម្រាប់យុវជនជំនាន់ក្រោយ តាមរយៈការអប់រំ និងបញ្ជ្រាបចូលក្នុងគោលនយោបាយ នៃការទប់ស្កាត់កុំឱ្យរបបប្រល័យពូជសាសន៍វិលមកវិញសាជាថ្មី ទោះជានៅទីកន្លែងណាក៏ដោយក្នុងពិភពលោកទាំងមូល។ យើងត្រូវចងចាំប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រដ៏ជូចត់នេះ និងប្តេជ្ញារួមគ្នាកុំឱ្យកើតឡើងសារជាថ្មីម្តងទៀតលើទឹកដីកម្ពុជាយើង ទោះក្នុងតម្លៃណាក៏ដោយ។ រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ រសៀលថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី១៨ កក្កដា ២០២៥ Together with H.E. The main purpose of inscribing “Cambodian Memorial Sites: From Centres of Repression to Places of Peace and Reflection” on the World Heritage List is to recognize its universal value, as a reminder of the Khmer Rouge genocidal regime, the immense suffering of the Cambodian people, and to remember such a dark chapter in human history. It also serves as a symbol of the Cambodian people’s struggle and revival. Additionally, it demonstrates Cambodia’s commitment to transforming these painful historical sites into spaces for dialogue, peace, understanding, and tolerance. Through education and policy, these sites aim to teach future generations about history and help prevent the recurrence of genocide worldwide. We must remember this tragic history and stand united to ensure it is never repeated on Cambodian soil, no matter the cost.
