នៅថ្ងៃអាទិត្យទី១០ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥នេះ ក្រុមអនុព័ន្ធយោធាបរទេសប្រចាំព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា (MACPP) ដែលមាននិវេសនដ្ឋានស្ថិតក្នុង និងក្រៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា បានចេញដំណើរពីរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ឆ្ពោះទៅខេត្តឧត្តរមានជ័យ ដើម្បីពិនិត្យស្ថានភាពជាក់ស្តែង និងទីតាំងស្នាក់នៅរបស់ជនភៀសសឹក ក្រោយកម្ពុជាចូលរួមអនុវត្តបទឈប់បាញ់យ៉ាងពេញលេញ ដោយមានវត្តមានមកពីប្រទេសចំនួន០៩ និង១៤រូបបានចូលរួម ក្នុងនោះរួមមាន ប្រទេស អូស្ត្រាលី ចក្រភពអង់គ្លេស កាណាដា ចិន បារាំង ជប៉ុន កូរ៉េខាងត្បូង ឡាវ និងវៀតណាម។ កម្មវិធីខាងលើនេះមានការសម្របសម្រួលពី ឧត្តមសេនីយ៍ឯក ផាត វិបុលសុភ័ក្ត្រ អគ្គនាយករង អគ្គនាយកដ្ឋាននយោបាយ និងកិច្ចការបរទេស និងជានាយក នាយកដ្ឋានទាក់ទងអន្តរជាតិ ក្រសួងការពារជាតិ រួមនិងនាយទាហាន ក្រសួងការពារជាតិ និងកងទ័ពជើងគោកជាច្រើនរូបទៀត ដើម្បីធានាថាបេសកកម្មនេះ នឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅដោយរលូន។ សូមគូសបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា បេសកកម្ម និងសកម្មភាពនេះបានកើតចេញពីលទ្ធផលដែលបន្តពីកិច្ចប្រជុំពិសេស និងកិច្ចប្រជុំវិសាមញ្ញគណៈកម្មាធិការព្រំដែនទូទៅកម្ពុជា-ថៃ (GBC)កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ បានឯកភាពគ្នាអនុវត្តឱ្យបានពេញលេញនូវបទឈប់បាញ់ ដែលសម្រេចបានកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅទីក្រុងភូត្រាចាយ៉ា ប្រទេសម៉ាឡេស៊ី។ ការប្ដេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់កម្ពុជាក្នុងការបំពេញការងារប្រកបដោយស្មារតីស្ថាបនា ដោយស្មោះត្រង់ និងសហការយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធជាមួយប្រទេសថៃ ប្រទេសម៉ាឡេស៊ី បណ្តាប្រទេសសមាជិកអាស៊ានដទៃទៀត និងដៃគូពាក់ព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ ដើម្បីធានាការអនុវត្តបទឈប់បាញ់ប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងពេញលេញ និងដោះស្រាយរាល់វិវាទដោយសន្តិវិធី ស្របតាមច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ ធម្មនុញ្ញអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ និងធម្មនុញ្ញអាស៊ាន។ On Sunday, August 10, 2025, the Military Attaché Corps Phnom Penh (MACPP), comprising fourteen participants from nine countries, including Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, China, France, Japan, South Korea, Laos, and Vietnam, with residence both in and outside Cambodia, departed from Phnom Penh for Oddar Meanchey Province to inspect the actual situation and refugee locations following Cambodia’s full implementation of the ceasefire. The program was coordinated by Lieutenant General Phat Vibolsopheak, Deputy Director-General of the General Department of Politics and Foreign Affairs and Director of the International Relations Department at the Ministry of National Defense, together with several many other military officers from the Ministry of National Defense and the Army, to ensure the smooth execution of the mission. It is worth noting that this mission stemmed from the outcomes of the Special Meeting held on July 28, 2025, in Putrajaya, Malaysia, and the Extraordinary Meeting of the
Cambodia–Thailand General Border Committee (GBC) was concluded on August 7 2025, which reaffirmed the full implementation of the ceasefire agreed upon on July 28, 2025, in Putrajaya. Cambodia reaffirms its commitment to work constructively, in good faith, and in close cooperation with Thailand, Malaysia, other ASEAN member states, and all relevant partners to ensure the effective and full implementation of the ceasefire and to resolve all disputes peacefully in accordance with international law, the United Nations Charter, and the ASEAN Charter.
