សូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់បងប្អូនមហាគ្រួសារខ្មែរ ដែលបានជួបជុំគ្នាជាលើកទីពីរ បន្ទាប់កម្មវិធី Solidarity March កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥កន្លងទៅ ហើយនេះគឺជាសារលើកទឹកចិត្តដ៏ធំធេងទៅដល់វីរកងទ័ពជួរមុខកម្ពុជា ដែលកំពុងឈរយ៉ាងរឹងមាំប្រកបដោយស្មារតីប្រុងប្រយ័ត្ន មោះមុត និងហានក្លា ក្នុងគោលដៅការពារជាតិ អធិបតេយ្យភាព និងបូរណភាពទឹកដី មិនឱ្យបាត់បង់សូម្បីមួយមីលីម៉ែត្រ។ ក្នុងនាមរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ខ្ញុំបញ្ជាក់គោលជំហរជាថ្មីម្តងទៀតថា កម្ពុជាប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់នូវដំណោះស្រាយដោយសន្តិវិធី តាមរយៈ ១) យន្តការបច្ចេកទេសទ្វេភាគី ដោយគណៈកម្មការព្រំដែនចំរុះកម្ពុជា-ថៃ (JBC) និង ២) យន្តការច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ រួមទាំងតុលាការយុត្តិធម៌អន្តរជាតិ (ICJ) លើសពីេនះ កម្ពុជា ក៏បានត្រៀមលក្ខណៈរួចជាស្រេចក្នុងការឆ្លើយតបដោយកងកម្លាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធ ក្នុងការករណីដែលមានការរំលោភបំពានដោយគគ្លើនលើដែនអធិបតេយ្យភាពកម្ពុជា ដោយការប្រើប្រាស់កងកម្លាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធ។ ជាចុងក្រោយ ខ្ញុំសូមជូនពរដល់កងកម្លាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធជួរមុខកម្ពុជា ទាំងខ្សែត្រៀម និងខ្សែគាំទ្រ ដែលបានគោរព និងរក្សាយ៉ាងខ្ជាប់ខ្ជួននូវបទបញ្ជារបស់អគ្គបញ្ជាការ និងមេបញ្ជាការគ្រប់ជាន់ថ្នាក់ ហើយបងប្អូនកងកម្លាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធ ក៏ត្រូវចងចាំជាក់ថា រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងមហាគ្រួសារខ្មែរ គឺនៅជាមួយបងប្អូនជួរមុខ និងបន្តគាំទ្រតាមគ្រប់មធ្យោបាយទាំងអស់ ជូនដល់បងប្អូនជួរមុខគ្រប់កាលៈទេសៈទាំងអស់។ Sincere thanks to our Cambodian compatriots for coming together again, following the Solidarity March on June 18, 2025. This is a powerful message of encouragement to the Cambodian armed forces on the front lines who stand firm, vigilant, and courageous in defending the nation’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, without yielding even a millimeter. On behalf of the Royal Government, I affirm that Cambodia is committed to seeking a peaceful resolution through 1) techical mechanism (JBC) and 2) international law including International Court of Justice (ICJ) mechanism. Furthermore, Cambodia stands ready to respond with its armed forces in the event of any deliberate violation of Cambodian sovereignty through the use of force. Lastly, wishing our armed forces on the front lines, including those in defensive and support lines, who have demonstrated respect for and unwavering commitment to the orders issued by the Commander-in-Chief and commanders at all levels.
